Unfortunately, we do not. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or offer credits for any reason. Email us with any questions prior to making a purchase. Please read the full descriptions for the product you are interested in purchasing. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you. Please read all disclosures and FAQ prior to making a purchase. We do not offer any warranties, replacements or repairs. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

LEOLA COLLECTION utilizes USPS/UPS/FedEx. Shipping methods for all Domestic is $7.27. (Unless special promotions indicates free shipping.) Please allow 2-3 business days from the receipt of payment, for your order to be processed and allow up to 3-4 business days following for your order to be shipped, excluding holidays.


  1. Orders are only fulfilled Monday-Friday. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be prepared & on the 5th to 7th day to be delivered.
  2. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
  3. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day.

You will receive tracking information the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. However, you'll be able to use your USPS Tracking number at www.usps.com anytime to track your delivery status.

PLEASE NOTE: LEOLA COLLECTION does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Los Angeles, California.  LEOLA COLLECTION is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself and any lost or stolen packages.

Please be sure you entered your suite, unit, floor or apartment number to your shipping address. 

If shipment is shipped out before any corrections, customer will have to pay re-shipping fee. There are NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!
